Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Laborer to join our Building Materials team. This position involves physical labor, requiring you to handle, sort, and organize materials both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. As part of a small, close-knit team, your work will directly impact the efficiency of our Auction processes. You will help break down large shipments into manageable Auction packs, ensuring that each product meets quality standards. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in completing tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in breaking down inventory from manufacturers and assembling Auction packs.
• Perform quality checks, tagging defective products, and packaging items for Auctions.
• Move and organize inventory in sorting areas, both inside and outside.
• Operate a forklift (training provided if not already certified).
• Assist with assembling cabinets, organizing building materials, and completing paperwork.

Day-to-Day:

• Start work at 8 AM with a half-hour lunch break, ending at 4:30 PM.
• Assist with sorting, tagging, and organizing materials, often requiring heavy lifting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
• Occasional overtime based on workload and Auction deadlines.
