Sales Leader Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue in existing and new markets.
  • Oversee support functions such as Accounting, Marketing, Hiring, Recruiting, and IT to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire sales and support teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage complex projects to maximize ROI, ensuring timely completion.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategy with company goals and expansion plans.
  • Innovate and improve sales processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations while optimizing the sales process.

Day-to-Day:

  • Start the day at 8 AM, leading team meetings to review sales targets, strategies, and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the support teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Build relationships with key clients, manage accounts, and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to develop new sales initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • End the day around 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime based on project deadlines or client meetings.
